Azran Avocats, specialized in family law, is looking for a Family Mediation and Divorce Lawyer to join its team.
This position is ideal for a legal professional with expertise in mediation and an ability to resolve conflicts amicably.
You will be responsible for facilitating fair settlements in divorce, separation, and child custody cases, while avoiding protracted court disputes.
This role requires great empathy, exceptional communication skills, and an ability to handle emotionally sensitive matters.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Family mediation: Conduct mediation sessions between the parties to reach amicable settlements in divorce, separation, and child custody cases.
  You will need to facilitate dialogue and offer balanced solutions for all parties.
• Drafting of mediation agreements: Draft mediation agreements that reflect decisions made at mediation sessions.
  You will need to ensure that these agreements comply with legal standards and protect the interests of customers.
• Legal advice: Provide legal advice throughout the mediation process, clearly explaining the legal implications of decisions made and ensuring that agreements comply with the law.
• Litigation prevention: Work to prevent conflict by identifying potential points of tension and proposing constructive solutions before they escalate into disputes.
• Case Management: Ensure the complete management of mediation files, ensuring that all documents are organized, updated, and ready for any eventuality.
• Communication with customers: Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of the progress of their files and answering their questions with empathy and clarity.

Requirements:

• Experiment: Minimum of 3 years of experience in family mediation and divorce law.
• Language skills: Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills in both languages.
• Mediation skills: Ability to manage mediation sessions with tact, patience, and empathy.
  You will also need to have an excellent ability to facilitate dialogue and find consensual solutions.
• Personal qualities: Empathy, rigor, autonomy, and ability to manage emotionally complex situations.
  You must also have excellent listening and collaboration skills.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in technological tools for case management and legal research.
