Personal Law Lawyer

Job description:

Azran Avocats, recognized for its human and personalized approach, is looking for a Personal Law Lawyer to strengthen its team.
This role is intended for a legal professional who is passionate about defending the rights of individuals in complex cases related to the law of persons.
You will be responsible for advising and representing our clients in various matters relating to the protection of vulnerable persons, protective supervision, and issues of filiation and civil status.
This position requires a high level of empathy, an ability to manage sensitive files with discretion and excellent communication with clients.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Legal advice: Provide expert legal advice to clients on personal rights issues, including vulnerable sector protection, protective supervision, parentage and marital status issues.
  You will have to explain the legal implications of each situation and propose appropriate solutions.
• Drafting of legal documents: Draft legal acts such as guardianship applications, parentage agreements, and other documents relating to personal law.
  You will need to ensure that all documents meet legal standards and court requirements.
• Legal representation: Represent clients before the courts in personal law matters, using your expertise to achieve the best possible results.
• Case Management: Ensure the complete management of client files, ensuring that all documents are properly organized, updated, and ready for hearings or negotiations.
• Communication with customers: Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of the progress of their files and answering their questions with clarity and empathy.
• Collaboration with social services: Work closely with social services and other professionals to ensure optimal protection of vulnerable people.

Requirements:

• Experiment: Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal law.
• Language skills: Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills in both languages.
• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex legal situations and propose appropriate solutions to protect the rights of individuals.
• Personal qualities: Empathy, discretion, rigor, and ability to work under pressure.
  You must also have excellent listening skills and an ability to collaborate with other team members.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in technological tools for case management and legal research.
