Azran Avocats, recognized for its expertise in family law, is looking for a Family Law and Divorce Lawyer to join its team.
This role is for a professional who is passionate about protecting the rights of individuals in complex family matters.
You will be responsible for representing our clients in divorce, separation, child custody, and alimony cases.
As a family law and divorce lawyer, you will need to demonstrate empathy, rigor, and tenacity to obtain fair results for our clients.
This position requires an excellent understanding of family law laws, an ability to handle emotionally complex cases, and an ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Judicial representation: Represent clients in court in divorce, separation, and child custody matters.
  You will be expected to advocate on behalf of your clients with professionalism and conviction, while ensuring that the interests of the children involved are protected.
• Negotiation of agreements: Negotiate divorce, custody, and alimony agreements to avoid lengthy and costly lawsuits.
  You will have to be diplomatic and firm in the negotiations.
• Drafting of legal documents: Drafting legal documents such as separation agreements, custody agreements, and court orders.
  You will need to ensure that all documents comply with applicable laws.
• Legal advice: Provide informed legal advice to clients on their family law rights and obligations.
  You will need to clearly explain the legal implications of each situation and propose appropriate solutions.
• Case Management: Ensure the complete management of client files, ensuring that all documents are properly organized and updated for hearings or negotiations.
• Communication with customers: Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of the progress of their files and answering their questions with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Experiment: Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law and divorce.
• Language skills: Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills in both languages.
• Personal qualities: Empathy, rigor, autonomy, and ability to manage emotionally complex situations.
  You must also have excellent negotiating skills and an ability to collaborate with other team members.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in technological tools for case management and legal research.
