Azran Lawyers<\/strong>, a pillar of law in Montreal, is looking for a paralegal technician<\/strong> to strengthen its growing team. This position is intended for a proactive, organized person who is passionate about the law, who wishes to play a key role in the smooth running of a dynamic, rigorous and human firm. <\/p>\n

You will be called upon to provide essential support to lawyers in the day-to-day management of files, the drafting of legal documents, as well as in communications with clients. Your rigor, your analytical mind and your ability to work under pressure will be essential assets for your success. <\/p>\n

Your responsibilities<\/h3>\n

Administrative assistance<\/strong> : Manage agendas, schedule meetings, organize business travel, and follow up on calls and correspondence. You will be a constant support in the logistics of the firm’s activities. <\/p>\n

Document management and archiving<\/strong> : Ensure impeccable maintenance of legal files, both in paper and electronic format. You will ensure that they are updated, organized, and comply with internal standards. <\/p>\n

Preparation of legal documents<\/strong> : Draft, proofread and format various documents such as contracts, agreements, procedures, or agreements, ensuring that they meet legal requirements and deadlines.<\/p>\n

Legal Research<\/strong> : Contribute to the development of strategies by conducting relevant legislative and jurisprudential research. You will provide lawyers with targeted information that is useful for resolving cases. <\/p>\n

Client Relations<\/strong> : Maintain fluid and professional communication with clients, ensuring regular follow-up of files and answering questions with clarity and discretion. You will be a privileged point of contact for the firm. <\/p>\n

Legal collaboration<\/strong> : Work in close coordination with lawyers to ensure optimal case management. You will actively participate in organizing documents for consultations, signings or hearings. <\/p>\n

Desired profile<\/h3>\n

You have at least one year of experience<\/strong> in a similar role, ideally in a law firm.<\/p>\n

You have a perfect command of written and oral French<\/strong>, and are comfortable in English<\/strong>, particularly for reading and writing professional documents.<\/p>\n

You have an excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite<\/strong> (Word, Excel, Outlook), as well as legal management software<\/strong>. Knowledge of Aliform<\/strong> software is an important asset. <\/p>\n

You are rigorous<\/strong>, autonomous<\/strong>, and have excellent organizational skills<\/strong>. You are able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. <\/p>\n

You stand out for your sense of customer service<\/strong>, your ability to listen and your ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.<\/p>\n
